Description

Palm Oil Fractionation Plant is a palm oil fraction separation system used to separate refined palm oil into two main components, namely palm olein (liquid oil) and palm stearin (solid fat). This process is widely used in the cooking oil, food and confectionery industries which require palm oil fractions with certain characteristics.

Palm oil fractionation technology works by the controlled cooling method to form fat crystals which are then separated from the liquid oil using a filtration system. This process helps improve the quality of palm oil products and produces oil fractions that are more suited to industry needs.

Dry Palm Oil Process Fractionation

  1. Heat Treatment
    Palm oil is heated first to ensure all components are in a homogeneous condition before entering the stage. cooling.

    At this stage the palm oil is cooled gradually so that the formation of crystal nuclei and growth of fat crystals occurs in oil.

  3. Filtration Process
